The eLearning Center\u2019s Southwest Institute for Learning with Technology will be held Thursday and Friday, Oct. 24-25, at the High Country Conference Center.<\/p>\n
Chuck Dziuban from the University of Central Florida will provide the keynote address at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 24. His presentation, \u201cBlended Learning, Transformation and Disruption: \u2018I Thought I Understood It Until I Tried to Teach It,\u2019\u201d will focus on success, the new student voice, ambivalence toward new teaching models and the importance of discipline-specific scholarship in the blended environment.<\/p>\n
Nearly 20 sessions are scheduled in tracks focusing on technology fluency, blended learning and student engagement.<\/p>\n
