Martens, a 30-year police veteran currently a lieutenant with the Flagstaff Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>The second open session is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, in the University Union Oak Creek room. Gregory T. Fowler, an assistant police chief with the city of Mesa Police Department, will participate.<\/p>\n<p>Paul K. McGuinnes, police chief of SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, will be available from 3 to 4 p.m. Feb. 7 in the University Union Havasupai room C.<\/p>\n<p>Roy E.
