State auditors request that Purchasing Services periodically remind faculty and staff about Arizona policy regarding conflict of interest.<\/p>\n
Any university employee who has\u2014or whose relative has\u2014a substantial interest in any contract with the university must disclose that interest.<\/p>\n
University employees must declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest by completing the form titled “Disclosure of Substantial Interest.” A link to the form can be found in the\u00a0policy<\/a>.
