Participants will meet at 8:30 a.m. at staging area C, located on West Fine Avenue between North Humphreys and North Beaver Streets. The parade\u00a0begins promptly at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Only vehicles that are part of a parade entry may park in the staging area.
