Several students credited a faculty or staff member for assisting them with finding solutions to personal problems that allowed them to stay in school.<\/p>\n<p>PAIR conducts the survey every year to report accountability data to the Arizona Board of Regents, which asks for data on a variety of student experiences and opinions.
