The Fulbright Scholar Program provides the perfect opportunity for faculty to invigorate their teaching through cultural immersion and leadership development in an international education exchange.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is an easy and useful way to acquire valuable international teaching or research experiences, and these experiences can be used to advance global learning in the curriculum,\u201d said\u00a0Harvey Charles<\/strong>, vice provost for International Education. \u201cNAU is very supportive of faculty participation in the Fulbright program, and such participation is consistent with the university\u2019s effort to transform itself into a global campus.\u201d<\/p>\n Applications to the Fulbright Scholar Program for the 2011-12 academic year are being accepted through Aug. 2.
