Once hired, Kularis will participate in 160 hours of classroom training and at least one 4- to 6-month developmental assignment. Upon completion of the program, graduates are encouraged to pursue permanent positions with the federal government, though former fellows can be found with careers in the private sector, academia and the nonprofit world.<br \/>\n<P><B>Cerissa Hoglander<\/b>, who earned her NAU master\u2019s in environmental science and policy in May 2012, also was named among the 667 program finalists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><a class=\"search-results-excerpt-link\" href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/in-the-spotlight-may-24-2013\/\">Kudos to these faculty, staff and students Do you have a spotlight item to share with the NAU community?
