An automated system for processing hiring information will be introduced in May, speeding the process and saving reams of paper at the same time.<\/p>\n
All new NAU employees will enter their personal hiring information into Hire Xpress, a secure online system that will feed the data into LOUIE.<\/p>\n
New employees can even complete their hiring packet before their first day, allowing them to focus on getting to know their new jobs from day one.<\/p>\n
Staff who collect and record identification from new employees will need to\u00a0register<\/a>\u00a0to attend a mandatory Hire Xpress training to learn the steps to initiate the new hire process.<\/p>\n Training sessions will be scheduled beginning April 20.
