Christopher from the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers will facilitate the training.<\/p>\n<p>Motivational Interviewing is a directive, client-centered counseling style for eliciting behavior change by helping patients and clients explore and resolve ambivalence. Students and professionals in mental health, psychology, social work, criminal justice, substance-abuse, juvenile delinquency and health professions will benefit from this training.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided. Registration is free for NAU students and $25 for community members. Space is limited.
