A dance group that choreographs social issues into performances is heading to Flagstaff thanks to NAU.<\/p>\n

The Minerva Tapia Dance Group of Contemporary Ballet will perform “Borderline Bodies” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 27, at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Flagstaff.<\/p>\n

Sponsored by the NAU’s Latin American studies, the event will feature choreographic works around themes from encounters between Mexico and North and South America and a perspective balancing dance art and important social contexts.<\/p>\n
