No membership is needed to participate.<\/p>\n<p>Activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch of the Champion Fitness Marathon. Register 6-8:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Free fitness assessments, 7-8 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Group exercise classes, all day. See the schedule\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/home.nau.edu\/images\/userimages\/all38\/8961\/2-2011.pdf\">online<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Climbing wall, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6-10 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Free dodgeball tournament.
