Nomination instructions are available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/home.nau.edu\/cdad\" target=\"_blank\">nau.edu\/cdad<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>These stories will be published on the commission&#8217;s web site and could be used in trainings, forums and other ways to help the university community better understand disability issues.<\/p>\n<p>Stories must be true, and contact information provided. Individuals referred to in the story, other than the author, must be referenced by their role and not mentioned by name.<\/p>\n<p>Stories may be submitted in writing, audio, video or digital format to<a href=\"mailto:diversity@nau.edu\" target=\"_blank\">diversity@nau.edu<\/a>\u00a0or P.O.
