If you and your spouse\/partner ar<\/span>e\u202fNAU retirees and each needs a<\/span> parking permit<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u202feach retiree<\/span><\/span>\u202fmust have a lifetime <\/span>NAURA <\/span>membership OR pay annual dues each year.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n NAURA members who hold <\/span>a<\/span>n<\/span> <\/span>NAURA<\/span><\/span> parking permit <\/span>must adhere to<\/span><\/span>\u00a0all parking policies.<\/a>\u00a0 NAU <\/span>P<\/span>arking uses a\u202f\u00a0License Plate Recognition<\/a> (LPR) system<\/span><\/span> which<\/span>\u00a0allows you to park one vehicle at a time in <\/span><\/span>employee lots only<\/span> <\/span>parked with the plate facing the drive aisle<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Parking stickers are no longer used.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n To setup<\/span> (annual or life-time members)<\/span> or renew (annual members<\/span> only<\/span>)<\/span> your NAURA retiree parking permit<\/span> with Parking Services, you have <\/span>two <\/span>options:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 1.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202fSend your <\/span>eReceipt<\/span> or digital copy of your\u202f<\/span>new<\/span> NAURA <\/span>membership card to\u202f<\/span><\/span>ask.parking@nau.edu<\/span><\/span><\/a> to<\/span> have your NAURA status verified. <\/span>P<\/span>arking will update<\/span> your status so you can go online and <\/span>set up <\/span>your NAURA retiree parking permit<\/span> information<\/span>.\u202f<\/span>You can also <\/span>request <\/span>assistance<\/span> from Parking Services with this process.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n 2.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202fGo to the Parking Services office with a printed copy of your <\/span>eReceipt<\/span> or your\u202f<\/span>new<\/span> membership card. You can then <\/span>set up <\/span>your permit<\/span> online in their office if you need <\/span>assistance<\/span>.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n An NAURA retiree parking permit\u202f<\/span><\/b>must be replaced<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u202fwith a purchased employee parking permit if the retiree is working at NAU more than 10 hours per week, teaching more than 3 hours, or enrolling in more than one class.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Keep in mind if your contact information changes OR the vehicle(s) associated with your parking permit change, you will need to update that information with Parking Services.\u202f Most information can be updated through your\u202f<\/span>parking portal.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
