The Partnership for Native American Cancer Prevention, a collaboration with University of Arizona researchers that is funded by the National Cancer Institute, serves two purposes: To research and decrease the rates among Native American populations, which are higher than other demographic groups, and to encourage Native students to become cancer researchers themselves.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
