STEAM supports research and educational activities that complement and enhance the training of individuals in Cancer Biomedical Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n About<\/b><\/p>\n This newly funded program by the NIH aims to support researchers by offering professional career development, mentorship, and networking opportunities\u2014all completely free. STEAM is available to U.S. citizens engaged in cancer-related research at the graduate, postdoctoral, or junior faculty level, affiliated with The University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Northern Arizona University.<\/span><\/p>\n STEAM offers both independent and collaborative online learning experiences. The very first STEAM cohort launched on February 28, 2024. During the first 12 months, network mentoring opportunities are available.
