Community borrowers are only able to add minor children to their Cline Library accounts.<\/p>\n<h3>Disclaimer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The account holder applying for a proxy account assumes full responsibility for all materials checked out on his\/her account by a proxy<\/li>\n<li>The account holder can designate more than one proxy<\/li>\n<li>Cline library materials are charged to the account holder and receive the usual loan period for the account<\/li>\n<li>Document Delivery items will have a different loan period for each item<\/li>\n<li>all correspondence will be sent to the account holder<\/li>\n<li>community users (non-NAU affiliates) must have an active Cline Library borrower account before they can add a minor<\/li>\n<li>exercise caution in adding another borrower to
