Conference, event or meeting organized and planned by a NAU department. A Certificate of Liability insurance may be required. Payment must be done through interdepartmental billing.<\/td>

$350, plus Labor Fee ($15 per hour for each staff person scheduled). <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

NAU Student Group<\/strong><\/td>

NAU recognized student clubs, groups, and organizations. Student organized events must be requested through Unions and Student Activities<\/a> prior to event date.<\/td>

$225 (Includes Labor)*
\n*Labor is included for events 5 hours and less.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Non-NAU External Rate<\/strong><\/td>

Non-NAU organization. Event is open to outside guests. Educational and non-profit groups that provide 501C3 status documentation are eligible for a 20% discount.<\/td>
