This policy lays the foundation for our practices when processing our collections, guiding us as we organize and describe archival materials for discoverability and improved understanding of content.<\/p>\n
Digitization on Request <\/a><\/h5>\n
This policy explains how researchers can request the digitization of relevant material for access via the Colorado Plateau Digital Collections<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Image Use and Reproduction<\/a><\/h5>\n
This policy provides information regarding legal arrangements for reproduction of SCA materials in commercial, non-profit, or academic publications and products.<\/p>\n
Outdated, Offensive and Harmful Language in Archival Description<\/a><\/h5>\n
This policy details Cline Library Special Collections and Archives’ (SCA) commitment to using inclusive and respectful language in archival description and lays out a framework for addressing offensive, outdated, or harmful language which may be present in SCA’s existing products of archival description, such as finding aids and descriptive metadata.<\/p>\n
Reading Room<\/a><\/h5>\n
