Uploading Your Photo<\/h4>\n
\n

Not all photos are treated alike! And NAU has very specific guidelines on what your photo is supposed to look like. Avoid getting your photo rejected by following the instructions on the Photo Guidelines<\/a> page BEFORE submitting your photo.<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0 New incoming Flagstaff Mountain campus students will be able to add the Digital JacksCard to their mobile phones starting on July 1<\/strong> each year. Please upload your photo now<\/strong> to be ready.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Step-by-step JacksCard photo upload guide<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Review Photo Guidelines:\u00a0<\/strong> Go to Photo Guidelines<\/a> to understand how to capture an acceptable photo.<\/li>\n
  2. Photo Format:<\/strong> Be sure your photo is in the JPEG format.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to OneCard Tool:<\/strong>\u00a0 Login to OneCard<\/a> using your LOUIE username and password.<\/li>\n
  4. Add Photo:<\/strong> Tap the “Edit” icon next to your dashboard photo. Review the photo submission requirements on this page. When you are ready, tap “Upload”.<\/li>\n
  5. Locate photo on your phone:<\/strong>\u00a0 Don’t worry if the picture is sideways or upside down, you will have an opportunity to edit it.<\/li>\n
  6. Edit your photo:<\/strong> Select “Crop & Rotate” and crop the photo to include room above and to the side of your head, and please include some of your shoulders in the photo. If you need to see a sample, click on the “Sample Photo.” After you have finished cropping the photo, choose “Apply Changes.”<\/li>\n
  7. Submit photo:<\/strong> Select “Submit.” We will review your photo, and you will receive an email letting you know if your photo was approved or rejected. You will not see your photo in your account until after it is approved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important:<\/strong> Do not wait until the last minute to submit your photo. Once you have submitted your photo, it can take up to 48 hours for your photo to be approved. If your photo is not approved, you will need time to re-submit. You will only be able to add your JacksCard to your phone after<\/strong> your photo has been approved.<\/em><\/span>
