Photo Guidelines<\/h3>\n

In order to obtain either a digital JacksCard or a physical JacksCard, you must first submit a photo for approval. The process is easy and you can do it from anywhere using your phone.<\/p>\n

Once you have submitted your photo, please allow up to 48 hours for approval.

\n

Note:\u00a0 New incoming Flagstaff Mountain campus students will be able to add the Digital JacksCard to their mobile phones starting on July 1<\/strong> each year. Please upload your photo now<\/strong> to be ready.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure your photo will be approved, please follow the guidelines below.

Do the following:<\/h4>\n

\u2713<\/span> Use a neutral\/plain background<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Face the camera straight on<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Eyes should be open and visible<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Keep your glasses on only if normally worn<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Use good lighting<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Take photo indoors<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Use a color photo<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Photo from the shoulders up, with space above the head<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span> Smiling is allowed<\/p>\n

Don’t do the following:<\/h4>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Use filters (this will be flagged as “face obscured”)<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Wear head coverings – unless for religious or medical reasons<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Allow hair to cover face, including eyes<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Allow other people or objects in photo<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Use sunglasses or darkly-tinted eye glasses<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Wear clothing that obscures your face<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Allow a glare on glasses<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Display an exaggerated expression<\/p>\n

X<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Submit a poor quality image<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> Do not wait until the last minute to submit your photo. Once you have submitted your photo, it can take up to 48 hours for your photo to be approved. If your photo is not approved, you will need time to re-submit. You will only be able to add your JacksCard to your phone after<\/strong> your photo has been approved.<\/em><\/span><\/div><\/div>\n
