As a part of NAU’s partnership with Microsoft 365<\/a>, all students, faculty, and staff can use Microsoft Teams at no cost. Microsoft Teams<\/a> provides several methods for scheduling, hosting, and participating in online meetings. You can launch Microsoft Teams<\/a> and join our Teams user community.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Each year, ITS helps improve the technology in conference and meeting spaces around campus to allow for video conferencing. Many rooms are already equipped with conference phones. For information about the video conferencing rooms available, please refer to our Video Conferencing Knowledge Base article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n On June 30, 2026, NAU began the process of retiring Zoom for university use.
