$\"\"$ Deborah (Deb) Whitten is an information technology professional and senior leader with 30+ years of experience working in higher education environments. She has held multiple technology leadership roles in administrative and academic computing units, including serving as the Director for Teaching and Learning Technologies at Purdue University, Executive Director for Enterprise Applications at Clemson University, Assistant Vice President for Planning and Program Management and Assistant Vice President for Customer Services and Support at Arizona State University, and Director for the Workday Enterprise System across the nine institutions of the Nevada System of Higher Education.<\/p>\n
Deb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Arizona State University. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP), and SCRUM Master (CSM) certification from the Project Management Institute, a Certified Government CIO (CGCIO) certification from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and IT Service Management (ITIL v.3&4) and IT Organizational Change Management certifications.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

$\"\"$ Audrey O’Connell (she\/her) is a Lead Technical Training Analyst on the Training Development and Technology Adoption team, where she has supported university training and technology adoption efforts since 2014. She holds a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film with an emphasis in Entertainment Management, as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Technology and an M.Ed. in Human Relations from NAU.
\nAudrey is passionate about designing personalized, accessible training experiences and supporting technology adoption by helping staff, faculty, and students confidently use university-supported tools. She enjoys collaborating with partners across the university to deliver a wide range of practical and timely training opportunities.<\/p>\n
Outside of her work building online trainings and helping with adoption efforts around the university, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their two perfect dogs.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Carsen has been with ITS since he was a student employee and started his freshman year of college. He has since graduated with a B.S. in Strategic Communication with a double emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising. Carsen enjoys bringing engaging graphics, videos, and interactive elements to training experiences at NAU.<\/p>\n
When he isn’t creating trainings, Carsen can often be found baking something up in the kitchen, exploring Flagstaff, or crafting up a DIY project at home.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

She is a Flagstaff local, but attended college in Durango, Colorado and graduated with a BA in Graphic Design, and a minor in Marketing. Rebecca utilizes both Graphic Design and Instructional Design to create graphics, training videos, and interactive materials for the NAU staff, faculty and students.<\/p>\n
Outside of that, she loves spending time with her family, including her two awesome daughters and enjoys engaging in the Flagstaff community.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

He started working with TDTA as a student employee July 2021 and as a part-time employee November 2023. He graduated from NAU with a BFA in Visual Communication with an emphasis in Graphic Design and is currently working towards an MFA in Studio Art with an emphasis in Illustration, Design, and Animation at the University of Arizona. Bryce uses graphic design and illustration to create interactive training materials for the NAU staff, faculty and students.<\/p>\n
Beyond his work with TDTA, Bryce has a creative practice of bookmaking and enjoys traveling.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
