- All mobile information the subscriber shares will remain confidential and will only be used by NAU representatives to assist the subscriber. NAU does not share phone numbers with external sources. Other offices, departments or organizations at NAU may collect and use information in forms different than described herein, and as such, the subscriber should review the Website Privacy Policy of NAU at\u00a0nau.edu\/privacy<\/a>, and the policies of any other electronic services or website of NAU that they may use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Scope<\/h2>\n
All mass text messages originating from any University office, or from any authorized University employee acting in his\/her professional capacity, are included in this procedure.\u00a0Message frequency may vary.<\/p>\n
Categories of Messages<\/h2>\n
Texting is reserved for information that is considered critical and\/or time-sensitive. The following are the categories of mass text messages permitted under this policy:<\/p>\n
