Google Services at NAU<\/h2>\n

Google Workplace for Education houses the Google Workplace for Education applications, which includes Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Sites, and more.<\/p>\n

For Students<\/h4>\n

To access the Google Workplace for Education applications, you can log into your NAU Google account<\/a>\u00a0using your NAU username and password.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

For NAU Employees<\/h4>\n

NAU is planning a phased transition during 2026 and 2027 to move student email and file storage from Google Workspace for Education to Microsoft 365. As part of these changes, student email will shift from Gmail to Outlook, and file storage will transition from Google Drive to Microsoft OneDrive.<\/p>\n

As a result of this project, NAU is moving away from the creation of new Google accounts for faculty and staff. New Google accounts must be reviewed by ITS for appropriate use and potential chargebacks. To start this process, contact the ITS Service Desk.<\/a><\/p>\n
