These can be found within the Windows Start Menu.<\/p>\n<p>If you cannot find or connect to your NAU Home (Bonsai) drive please call the <a title=\"ITS Solution Center\" href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/its\/help\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ITS Service Desk<\/a> 928-523-3335<\/p>\n<h4>Mac OS X<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If your Mac is on the NAU Network then follow the steps listed below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to the &#8220;Finder&#8221; (It is the icon that looks like a face split in two).<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Go&#8221; menu in the menu bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Connect to Server&#8221; in the &#8220;Go&#8221; menu.<\/li>\n<li>In the &#8220;Server Address:&#8221; field type in &#8220;smb:\/\/bonsai.ucc.nau.edu\/*\/****&#8221;.\n<ol>\n<li>* \u00a0 \u00a0Type in the first letter of your NAU User ID.<\/li>\n<li>**** \u00a0 \u00a0Type in your full NAU User ID.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong> &#8220;smb:\/\/bonsai.ucc.nau.edu\/A\/abc123&#8221;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<li>Once the address is completed then click &#8220;Connect&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>In the authentication screen choose to &#8220;Connect as&#8221; a &#8220;Registered User&#8221; in the Name field type in\u00a0your NAU User ID and in the Password field type in your current NAU password.<\/li>\n<li>Once your NAU User Name and Password have been\u00a0entered click &#8220;Connect&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>The window for your home drive will open.
