To make your event a recurring event, click on the drop down menu button under the word &ldquo;<strong>Repeat<\/strong>&ldquo;. Then, select the option that you would like for your event. To set the event to private, check the box next the &ldquo;<strong>Private<\/strong>&rdquo; in the middle of the editor. You can add a room number at the bottom, switch from a &ldquo;<strong>Day<\/strong>&rdquo; to a &ldquo;<strong>Week<\/strong>&rdquo; view, or adjust the event as you need. When you are finished, click the &ldquo;<strong>OK<\/strong>&rdquo; button to bring yourself back to the editor. Here you can adjust your calendar reminders however you like, by removing them all together or by adjusting the time of your notifications.
