To Request Moving, Changing, or Adding a Telephone<\/h3>\n

  1. Fill out an ITS\u00a0ServiceNow ticket<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Under “Service Catalog” select “Make a telecom request” or “Report a telecom problem.”<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out the form<\/li>\n
  4. Once complete, click “Submit.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: \u00a0You can save intermediate results for later by selecting “Save.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
