Beginning today, we’re rolling out an improved process for buying software and specialized hardware at the university. In partnership with Accessibility, we’ve created Technology Review Requests.<\/a><\/p>\n What this means<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Technology Review Requests support the university’s procurement process as a simplified form located in ServiceNow.<\/a><\/p>\n Previously, users would need to submit an ITS Checklist in OnBase alongside a University Purchase Request.<\/a> Moving forward, users will use the new Technology Review Request form<\/a> instead of the ITS Checklist. Additionally, the legacy ITS Checklist previously housed in OnBase will be retired and will no longer accept submissions.<\/p>\n The Technology Review Request form walks through all the information gathering steps required in order to purchase technology, such as pricing, data levels and protections, implementations, accessibility, support, and more.<\/p>\n Resources and FAQs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We recommend that the individual most knowledgeable about the technology being requested and its intended usage submit the request.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n Yes.
