In 2018, we partnered with Cline Library to open the Student Technology Center at Cline, or STC@Cline. Located on the first floor of Cline Library, the STC@Cline provides in-person technology support for Lumberjacks, with a focus on student technologies and computer repairs. Now, we’re excited to announce the opening of a new in-person support center specifically tailored for NAU employees: the ITS Service Point<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The ITS Service Point is located inside of ITS Building 54, just south of the Knoles Parking Garage. After entering ITS through the set of two doors, you’ll immediately see the ITS Service Point on your right, just opposite the front desk.<\/p>\n Like its predecessor in Cline, you’ll be able to walk in for support with university technologies like your NAU account, Wi-Fi, Canvas, Duo Two-Step Verification, LOUIE portals, and more. Additionally, we’ll be able to assist with the coordination of hardware repairs, working with our Desktop Support team to diagnose and repair NAU-managed computers and devices.<\/p>\n With the ITS Service Point, we’re dedicated to supporting NAU staff and faculty with the tools and technologies they use for NAU work and instruction.
