ITS’ Desktop Support team offers in-person and virtual support appointments as well as in-house computer and hardware repair services at no cost. Desktop Support also manages the configuration and delivery of new devices purchased for NAU work or instruction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The Desktop Support team also provides in-person support services at NAU\u2019s statewide locations and virtual support services for remote employees located outside of Flagstaff, including assistance with the delivery of new computer equipment to remote employees.<\/p>\n
