ITS offers document printing services, known as ‘Jack’s Print’, distributed across NAU campuses for a small fee, charged to a user’s Jack’s Debit Express (JDE) account.<\/p>\n

Printing your document<\/h3>\n

To print your document, you’ll access WebPrint at nau.edu\/stc\/print<\/a><\/strong> and log in with your NAU username and password.<\/p>\n

Once authenticated, in the left-hand column of your screen, you’ll see a menu with various options. Navigate to ‘Web Print<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve navigated to the Web Print module, click on ‘Submit a Job<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Select a printer from the list, or search for a printer’s name or location.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve selected the printer you’d like to print to, navigate to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Print Options and Account Selection<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Enter the number of copies you’d like to print, then click on ‘Upload Documents<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Upload the files you’d like to print by dragging from your computer or by clicking on ‘Upload from Computer<\/strong>‘. Once your files are uploaded, \u00a0click on ‘Upload and Complete<\/strong>‘. The document will appear in the printer queue followed by the price to print the document, and the print status.<\/p>\n
