When you submit your request in the chat, our chatbot’s programming can help answer your questions. If your inquiry requires more in-depth support, <\/span>one of our support analysts will be notified and can respond to your questions directly in the chat. Remember, you’re talking with a real person, so please be respectful. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our chat can be accessed the same way as other buttons appearing on the screen. You’ll see a label for “Live Chat” with a button that is labeled “Open Chat”. When using the chat, you’ll see a section labeled “Message” where you can input your query.<\/span><\/p>\n
