Enabling Two-Step Verification at NAU is quick and simple. To get started, you will need a mobile device capable of installing the DUO Mobile application from your app store. If you do not have a mobile device capable of supporting the DUO Mobile application, contact our ITS Service Desk at 928-523-3335, and inquire about obtaining one of our Two-Step fobs instead.
- Go to id.nau.edu
- Select Two-Step Verification from the top menu
- Click on “Enroll in Two-Step Verification”
- Register your device with Duo, click “Start Setup”
- Select the type of device you are registering
- Follow on-screen prompts
- Proceed with Step 2 by clicking “Continue”
