During COVID-19, NAU ITS has helped the NAU community transition to remote learning, teaching, and working. Our staff made it possible to have 95,00 participants, 42,000 sessions, and 12 million minutes in online meetings and classes. For more information about video conferencing resources, feel free to view our Video Conferencing at NAU page.
ITS played a role in serving the Lumberjack community campus-wide, from the Honors College, to Campus Health. For example, ITS helped NAU’s Employee Assistance and Wellness with their transition of moving their services online. We are proud to say that ITS staff have a powerful work ethic and sense of solidarity. ITS cooperated in every way to make this transition possible and your work does not go unnoticed. Thank you to all of our dedicated staff who made this happen.
