Service Desk
The ITS Service Desk is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff, and affiliates requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, network, and telephony.
Student Technology Center
The Student Technology Center (STC) provides tech support for students. Walk-in support is located in Cline Library (building 28 on the NAU Map).
