If your permit is not paid in full at that time, the permit will be deactivated regardless of any other NAU affiliation you may have.\u00a0 Please reach out directly to Parking Services if you have a need to continue parking on campus.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Other Voluntary Payroll Deductions:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 All other voluntary payroll deductions, including but not limited to United Way, Rec Center, NAU Foundation and Dining services will also stop.\u00a0 Please work directly with those areas or departments to determine continuing services or contributions.<\/p>\n<h4>Exit Interview<\/h4>\n<p>We would like to learn about why you are leaving Northern Arizona University, and about your experience as an employee here. Please help us by completing the <a href=\"https:\/\/qualtrics.nau.edu\/jfe\/form\/SV_5vYfRCJBGHtA6N0\">online\u00a0exit interview survey<\/a> or access a printable version in our <a title=\"Forms Index\" href=\"\/Human-Resources\/Forms-Index\/\">Forms Index<\/a>.\u00a0The information in this survey will be collected by Human Resources. When appropriate, cumulative data in a tabulated format through statistics and\/or graphs may be shared with deans, directors, and other administrative officials.
