Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Payroll Information<\/h1>\n<h4>Fiscal Year Working Day Changes<\/h4>\n<p>The number of working days in a fiscal year (260, 261 &amp; 262) could affect your bi-weekly rate of pay. \u00a0For additional information on whether you are affected \u00a0please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/07\/Working-Day-Change.pdf\">Fiscal Year Working Day Change<\/a> information sheet.<\/p>\n<h4>Payroll Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/244\/2025\/05\/FY-25-26-Payroll-Schedule.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">payroll schedule<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Reporting Time and Absences in the Time &amp; Labor System<\/h4>\n<p>All employees report their time and paid time off in the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/Human-Resources\/Time-and-Labor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Time and Labor Timesheet<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student &amp; Federal Work Study Employees\u00a0&#8211; Positive Pay<\/li>\n<li>Part-Time Temporary Employees\u00a0&#8211; Positive Pay<\/li>\n<li>Benefit Eligible Non-exempt\u00a0Employees\u00a0&#8211; Positive Pay<\/li>\n<li>Benefit Eligible Staff &amp; Faculty\u00a0&#8211; Exception Reporter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>View and Print Paychecks<\/h4>\n<p>Your paycheck history is accessible through Employee Self-Service in \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hr.peoplesoft.nau.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LOUIE &#8211; HR\u00a0 <\/strong><\/a>&gt; Payroll and Compensation &gt; View Paycheck.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Since May 2013 paychecks are accessible and downloadable in PDF format and have the Year-to-date totals.<\/li>\n<li>If you are unable to view your paychecks, contact the ITS Solution Center at 928-523-1511.<\/li>\n<li>If you <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/human-resources\/exiting-employees-2\/\">leave the university<\/a> and are unable to access a copy of your final paycheck we will be happy to provide you with a copy.\n<ul>\n<li>Final checks will be processed normally as a Direct Deposit or paid on the NAU pay card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How am I Paid?<\/h4>\n<p>Learn about <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/Human-Resources\/Direct-Deposit\/\">direct deposit<\/a> and how to sign up.<\/p>\n<h4>Jury Duty Reimbursement<\/h4>\n<p>NAU employees who have received reimbursement for Jury duty service while on jury duty leave from the University, shall deposit the reimbursement to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nau.edu\/sdas\/\">Student and Departmental Account Services<\/a>\u00a0(Student Accounts) at the cashier window in the Gammage Building. \u00a0Employees should not remit to the university any reimbursement received for travel related to the jury service.<\/p>\n<p>Employees should submit an eROA for any and all days off for jury duty.<\/p>\n<p><!--script class=\"ektron-script\"&gt;
