NAU must certify compliance with The Drug-Free Workplace Act (41 U.S.C. \u00a7 8102, et seq.), The Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. \u00a7 7101, et seq.), and the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Regulations (34 C.F.R. 86, et seq.).
