Upon completion of the administrative assignment, employees will return to the faculty role, renewable according to the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/nau.edu\/Provost\/Resources-Policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/nau.edu\/Provost\/Resources-Policies\/\">Conditions of Faculty Service<\/a>. Academic year (9 month) faculty do not accrue vacation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrators<\/strong>&nbsp;are hired on a contract basis renewable each year&nbsp;according to terms of the Conditions of Administrative Service.
