The allied health field is broad and includes radiology techs, physical therapy assistants, respiratory care, paramedics, and more.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr role=\"separator\" class=\"hr--transparent hr--transparent-15px not-in-view\">\n<p>Students may transfer up to 90 credits into the program, and complete a minimum of 30 credits at Northern Arizona University to earn their bachelor&#8217;s degree. Current licensure in an allied health field may be eligible for up to 18 transfer credits.<\/p>\n<hr role=\"separator\" class=\"hr--transparent hr--transparent-15px not-in-view\">\n<p>Whether your goal is to complete your bachelor&#8217;s degree or prepare for graduate school, we have a flexible curriculum that allows you to build the right degree plan for you.<\/p>\n<hr role=\"separator\" class=\"hr--transparent hr--transparent-15px not-in-view\">\n<h4>Curriculum<\/h4>\n<p>In the program, you will complete 15 credits of Allied Health Practice and Leadership coursework and select a 15-credit leadership certificate to pursue. Options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Transformational Leadership and Culture<\/em> &#8211; focuses on developing cultural insight, self-awareness, and mindfulness to lead teams and build healthy workplace environments.<\/li>\n<li><em>Strategic Leadership &#8211; <\/em>focuses on improving the attitudes, behaviors, and mindsets of individuals, blending leadership theory with practical, project-based applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Customized degree plans<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\">If you are <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\">completing more than 30 units of study at NAU, we can work with you to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\">personalize your<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\">\u00a0ele<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\">ctive<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232228891 BCX0\"> study.
