The FIT Program allows NAU undergraduate students to make exercise and fitness a regular part of their lives through one-credit FIT classes. FIT classes are taught by fitness instructors from the community, as well as current NAU Fitness Wellness<\/a> students. Search FIT 100 in the LOUIE system<\/a> to register. The classes offered vary by semester and may include:<\/p>\n Our unique courses offer a safe and encouraging environment, and our instructors are committed to assisting your efforts with their passion and expertise.<\/p>\n Those who register for a FIT class must complete the health history form. Students can complete the online form<\/a>, which is preferred, or may use a printable version<\/a> if needed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
