Although we no longer recycle glass in our normal recycling bins in Flagstaff, there are now nine bins around campus that are dedicated specifically to glass recycling!<\/p>\n

When using one of the nine recycling bins on campus, do NOT place anything other than the glass jars\/bottles\/etc. into the glass recycling bin, as the bins are ONLY for recycling glass. Glass is 100% recyclable, so by placing it in one of the bins on campus, you are helping to divert large amounts of waste from local landfills.<\/p>\n\n

For oily bottles, like salad dressing, add a drop of dishwasher fluid and some water. Then reattach the lid and shake to get rid of the gunk and oily residue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
