Senior Launch Guide<\/h1>\n
Thanks to the Helios Education Foundation<\/a>, Arizona GEAR UP provides high school seniors\u2014in 41 schools across the state\u2014a Senior Launch Guide. This resource helps seniors launch their postsecondary goals and furthers Achieve60AZ<\/a> initiatives.<\/p>\n
The Guide includes a wealth of information about career exploration, FAFSA help, scholarship and job tips, selecting and applying for colleges, and more. Whether headed to a 4-year university, community college, technical school, the workforce, or the military, the Senior Launch Guide helps with every step along the way.<\/p>\n
While students receive the guide in school and work with teachers and GEAR UP coaches to map out their plan, the guide is also available in a digital version. For those who want to go all-digital, email Daniel.Pulu@nau.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A sample letter to parents<\/strong>\u00a0(in English<\/a> and Spanish<\/a>) that schools can individualize, then print and provide to parents of seniors that explains the Guide and how they can use it to support their child\u2019s progress senior year.<\/li>\n
Best practices<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in using the Guide effectively are based on the experience of 12 Arizona high schools that used the Guide in 2017-18.<\/li>\n
