Ninety-five percent of employers say they want to see real-work, hands-on experience in our college graduates, with nearly half of those employers saying they prefer that the new-grad experience come from internships and co-op programs. Through an internship you will:<\/p>\n
Many companies have strong, well-established internship programs while some have assorted positions based on their needs. An internship is an on-site work experience that will last for a summer, a semester, or even a year (the length of time will be set by the company). Internships can be paid or unpaid; however, most of the opportunities posted by The W. A. Franke College of Business are paid.<\/p>\n

For additional information on internships click here.<\/a><\/p>\n Once you have secured an internship, you can enroll in the 408 Internship for Credit course by meeting with the Career Development Office in Room 121 to complete the course paperwork.
