The program accomplishes this by offering a range of academic, social, and service opportunities. Additionally, students in this program are supported financially with a $2,000 scholarship contingent on participation in the program and academic performance.<\/p>\n<p>First Scholars is exclusively available to full-time Arizona first-year students who are attending college for the first time and whose parent(s) or guardian(s) have not earned a bachelor\u2019s degree.
