On April 28th, 2025, the Faculty Senate voted on and approved new changes to CoFS.<\/p>\n
The changes are as follows:
\n\u2022 Formalized a series of career tracks within the faculty ranks.
\n\u2022\u00a0Rearrange our schedule of faculty review so that faculty are not required to be
\nreviewed annually.
\n\u2022 The proposed changes to CoFS would allow the document to reflect these previously
\napproved policies.
\n\u2022 Clarification surrounding the timeline in which faculty members receive and
\nrespond to a letter from the reviewers.
\n\u2022 Separation of the comprehensive review process and the retention
\nrecommendation process.
