A senate resolution is an expression of our values and not meant to be a binding policy.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome ASNAU&#8217;s attention to community mental health. At our senate meeting, we discussed\u00a0 how some faculty may be unable to implement excused absences. Senators asked for language to be added to the resolution that would include &#8220;other adjustments&#8221; to our course schedule.
