Lost or stolen keys must<\/span> be reported<\/strong> to the NAU Police Department<\/a> and BAS<\/a> within 24 hours <\/strong>of the loss discovery. Please include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\nName<\/li>\nEmployee ID<\/li>\nDepartment code<\/li>\nKey type (building, floor\/area, individual room or office)<\/li>\nPO or agency\/org information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe NAU Police Department conducts an investigation for each instance of lost or stolen key(s). Keyholders are responsible for control and security of issued keys, and may be held liable for charges relating to lost, stolen, or unreturned key(s).<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n \n \n Department Keys\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n <\/h4>\n \n \n\n\nKeys used by several people within a department are the responsibility of the authorized department representative.
