He received his Ph.D. from Georgetown University, completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and helps run Politics, Philosophy, and Law, an interdisciplinary that prepares students for careers in law and public service. His research interests include political and social philosophy, moral philosophy, and applied ethics.
