She also\u00a0co-authored with Dr. Jiun-yi Tsai and Dr. Elizabeth Candello\u00a0a study of communication between government entities and their constituents, forthcoming in\u00a0<em>Journal of Communication Management<\/em>.\u00a0She incorporates involvement with industry clients in her\u00a0advertising, social media and public relations courses to offer students\u00a0real-world experience in developing strategic communication campaigns to solve key business objectives along with defining an ethical foundation for these recommendations.
